Good bye Alfa owners

So, there comes a point in every Alfa owners life when his car costs more to repair than it is worth, and this Alfa owner has given up on his poor Alfa to buy an inferior non-Alfa

My 147 has been great to me, OK, I only had it for two years before it packed in. But in those two years, it flew through two MOTs without so much as a bulb failure (and failed this one) and only cost me £2000 in the first place.

Unfortunately, I had a rather large bill for her at the end of last year, cambelt change and tyres. This took me to around £1500, spread over a year and a half. Then, for this MOT there is another £6-700 to get her running again.
I have cut my losses.
Yes, I can probably get this cheaper if I search a bit, but I have had a happy two years with my Alfa, and will most likely get another Alfa down the line.

Everyone on here has been so helpful when I have had small issues, so thank you all.
I will probably still lurk around here from time-to-time, so you can still take the mick should you choose
