Paint matching in Midlands

Hello all,

Can anyone recommend a custom paint matching service in the midlands? ... looked on Google and not got any joy.

As I am already aware the actual colour code 130 B/B is a nightmare to match and have read numerous posts on how many different shades there are. The halfrauds matching service is v.poor, used them recently to spray my mirrors and the colour was way off.

Read somewhere that Mitusbishi Paloma Red is the closest you will get to Alfa 130 B/B red ..

Just need to find somewhere who can match actual colour on the car using my fuel cap as reference.

speak to John at simply alfa's they've got a body shop and have seen them match some weird and wonderful colours (thinking of the pearlescent purple fiat coupé)

Thanks for the responses all, lucky for me its not gone pink like my phase 1 did, the car has had smart repairs done on the front bumper to remove stone chips and the laquer is peeling on the door handles and spoiler, I want to get them sorted before the winter.

As mentioned already, I used the aerosol to do my wing mirrors last month and the finish has come up brilliant. Its down to prep work and patience. Just a shame the colour is not a perfect match.

Will pay SA a visit

if it is just a small aerosol can quantity you need, Jawel paint mix one up on the premises for £12 or so, there are a few branches in the Midlands.
