warwick services meet for gaydon?

I believe there are a few people who'd like to meet at Warwick services , i assume the gates open at 10am , if so does anyone want to meet at warwick services around 9.15-9.30 before convoying into Gaydon?
let me know if you fancy it.

I think the 'plan' was for Cherwell services which is just a couple of miles South of Gaydon as opposed to Warwick which is just north. Looking at google maps the Cherwell services looks like a single service area accessible from both carriageways

I'll meet you at Warwick services as agreed. I think 9.15 sounds good (if not a little earlier than I would usually get up on a Sunday!).

People coming from the northern end of the West Mids discussed the idea of meeting at Warwick services at the last monthly meet. To meet at Cherwell would take everyone a good distance out of the way.

Also, Cherwell Services are more than a few miles south of Gaydon. Its a few hundred metres short of 25 miles between Gaydon and Cherwell.

Just trying to be helpful

I went for a nice meal with the Mrs at the Orange Tree , is that Chadwick End ? Lovely part of the world and some great driving roads around there.

Chadwick End is a bit further up the M40 near Solihull. Closer to junction 16. Nice area though.
As long as your in an Alfa most roads are pretty good

I make it 6 up to now including miself, mate Craig will join us between leaving the motorway and going into the Gaydon site with his new (to him) silver GTV as he lives near to Gaydon so not worth coming up the motorway, only to come back down again just to get to Warwick services.

HOPEFULLY I'll be there in the 155.... she's been misbehaving again today (again ), I'll see how she's doing in the morning, otherwise I'll grab a lift off Matt in his 156 (if I ask him nicely ).

i was thinking of cherwell but its about 50 mile round trip from warwick and back which would mean getting up even earlier , so i'll see you guys at warwick services at 9.15

i've even washed and polished my bella for this one so its bound to rain now. i gave the inside a good going over too and its looking quite nice for a change ( from some angles anyway ). i must remember to bring my camera this time.
