Working from home today

I rarely do this because it feels a bit like skiving, which it is! Good though.

Unlike at the office I can dip into AO which is distracting but I've done a fair bit without the usual interruptions and I feel quite chilled which is a pleasant change.

Who's working at home today chaps?

Are you getting on with it 100%, totally dossing, or just a bit of both like me?

I'm working from home today too, although I can distracted by AO when in the office too (it's one of the only interesting sites which hasn't yet been restricted in the office).

I work from home about once a fortnight, and I love it. I do get a reasonable amount done, but with loud music on and a view of the garden. And it's actually sunny today!

I could get used to this.

And I don't feel guilty about taking it fairly easy today. The barstewards get enough "free" extra hours off me just about every day of the week, some weekends and even when I'm away on holiday.

I'll make a fish pie or something else not too hard with the fish in the fridge so MrsJim has a nice surprise when she and JimJr get home.

I like working from home, I seem to get so much more done when I do.

Brown-noser! Needing some extra brownie points then Jim

Leave that cheeky bottle of red alone too...tempting isnt it. Go on, have a small glass. Then another.

It wouldn't go amiss!

TBH Hunter I just feel like doing it. I haven't done much cooking lately and I enjoy it.

No chance today and I wasn't tempted before you mentioned it! Still not. I am determined to see out the rest of the week without any alcohol.

I'll believe it when I see it but I'm giving it a go.

It's very rare I work from home. The last time was because I had a massive glut of procedural documents I needed to read, and was expecting a delivery, so the two dovetailed nicely.
Delivery arrived in the morning, I fell asleep on the sofa in the conservatory in the afternoon while trying to read the dryest most boring document you've ever seen.

Last time I worked from home it was wonderfully sunny, so I sat outside in my garden. It seemed important to let me team know that I was actually working and that my environment was completely suitable... (see attachment).

I get SO much more done at home usually, no stupid phone calls or people just wandering past who "wonder if I can help them".
