FS: GTB2056 kit for 8v/16v

Seeing as there are quite some JTD enthousiasts here aswell

Bought a GTB2056 kit which was mounted for only a few thousand km's on a 147 JTD 8v but never got around mounting it myself plus i'm getting a Gasoline car as replacement.

Kit contains:

- Garrett GTB2056, only done a few thousand km's.
- 8v tubular manifold (only fit's 8v, for 16v you would have to adjust your own stock manifold (i.e. drill some holes, positioning is different).
- modified(enlarged & flowed) inletmanifold with nozzlering for w/m injection.
- Downpipe
Bosch R80 fuel pump (plug & play) , only done a few thousand km's <- SOLD!
- turbo inlet with 80mm MAF
- 3.5bar map sensor
- 16v oil cooler in case of 8v
- modified aircon lines to make room for the exhaust manifold.

200HP / 400nm+ is no problem in case of a 8v.

Asking price is 1500 euro with 8v manifold, i'll see if i can get a few more pics uploaded one of these days.
Questions? send me a PM

The R80 fuel pump is a bit excessive for that turbo, you'd need to be running 33psi of boost to need more fuel than the standard pump can deliver. Non-standard injectors will be needed to make good use of it with just diesel but if you are using W/M to add the extra fuel then again, there was no point in the fuel pump. I would suggest getting higher flow injectors in there rather than the W/M as that with the R80 pump will allow you to flow 1780bar with enough fuel to exceed the air flow of that turbo. You'll have full control of fueling then rather than the crude delivery and metering of W/M where you get different fuel quantities to different cylinders. A lot of good effort though.

in combination with euro 4 injectors, i agree. However, with euro 3 injectors the R80 pump made 1700+ bar possible which was not possible with the standard pump.

I have run 1780bar on my standard R70 fuel pump and standard injectors with durations of upto 1400us.

So you might be doing something wrong.

Maybe you should just read a bit more carefully and you would notice that this is for JTD 8V... the old one... "Euro3"... with stock fuel pressures of only 1350bar.

I'd not know that as I have a Vauxhall that never had anything other than R70. So what pump did you have to start with?
