Crazed Engine Torque & Clutch

Hi Guys

Sorry for yet another question but after alot of googling i cant find an answer im happy with.

I will start with listing the upgrades then the question which is 2 parts

3.0 Engine (Red Injectors) Rebuilt
Ported and CR down to 9:1
Larger intake runners
Larger Plenum
90mm Throttle body
90mm induction (from intercooler to throttle)
G20 Turbo running 8-10 PSI (forge waste gate with 8 psi spring)
90mm maf body (blow through next to throttle body)
Decat exhaust
K&N filter

When complete a full dyno remap

I have no idea what BHP & Torque it will end up with maybe someone can have a guess.

The 2 part question is

1st what is the difference between the diesel clutch and v6 clutch dimension wise , As a stage 3 alfa diesel clutch is near the same price as a gta stage 2. Plus i thought diesels would have more torque.

2nd With the above upgrades what stage clutch will be strong enough (1 2 or 3) as if 1 is ok i dont want to get 2 or 3 for the sake of it due to not wanting my leg to feel lie its going to fall off after a long run.
Or even would it be ok with a stage 2 Disc and a new GTA pressure plate

I will be runnning either 2.5 box or Gt 3.2 box with Quaife LSD (is the GT 3.2 box a straight swap if not it will be a 2.5 box)

Sorry again for many questions but i cant sleep at night when something is on my mind

All spares parts for 156 and 147 being sold that i will not be using (cheap) nothing too small ask what you want , willing to post world wide Phone 07922123242 Ask for Neil and say Mark said to phone .

I know of a 2.5 with stock internals and extra ECU and extra injectors for fueling running 10 psi boost does 300 crank kw and the stock clutch is suffering now that it has worn a bit.

If the red injectors are stock 3.0 - they will be your limiting factor as you wont be able to fuel enough - you'll need to up rate. I am taking a stab at 350 crank kw.

The Diesel clutch is designed to work with DMF - so that is out the question. GTA 2 is then your best bet.

The 3.2 gearbox is mostly interchangeable with the 2.5 box - just check where the cables attach if the ball studs are the same - it should be.

300kW (and not even HP) out of a 2.5l v6 with 10 psi boost seems a bit too much unless NOS, race gas or voodoo is present there.
A 2l 4 potter (TFSI) kicks out around 210 HP at that boost so let's come back to Earth

300 crank HP for 10 psi boosted 2.5 doesn't sound incredibly

Hey Mirlock,

I believe you should swap those red injectors for a set of beige ones.

Remember my Thread on the engines forum:
"Engine 3.0 CF2
Alfa # 5969614
Colour Beige
Bosch# 0280150701
Lbs/Hr 21.5
Cc/Min 226
Grams 162.5
PSI 43.5
BAR 3

Engine 3.0 CF3 and 3.2 GTA
Alfa # 60665644
Colour Red
Bosch# 0280156038
Lbs/Hr 21.35
Cc/Min 224.4
Grams 161.4
PSI 43.5
BAR 3"

Anyway, that seems like a great project you have there!
