156 1.9JTD 8V to 16V conversion - wiring/ECU?

I have established that the mechanics of this swap is straight forward.

However do you need to change the ECU and loom/harness?

Its a 2002 sportwagon if that matters.

If there are tuners/workshops who can do this based on a sourcing me a low mileage second hand engine, tips are welcome. I prefer, Scandinavia, Germany, Benelux and UK.

I have done it in my 147...from 8v to 16v...

Basically you need to change everything :-)

For sure the ECU and the wiring. Best thing to do is to find a donor and move everything to your car.

What year car was the original car and the donor.

Is the harness difficult or like most normal cars.
