I don`t understand this map completely. Can anyone help me? I already modified my other boost maps to a new goal pressure

I thought I modify the lower temperature range from 0-80 C or 0-100 C columns to my goal pressure. Is this correct? Or am I totally wrong?

My problem: I don't understand the first data row:

I have just chosen a 20% factor to show what I mean.

It's wrong mod. X-axis is raw requested boost pressure. Map data is allowed boost pressure.

What is raw requested boost? I think it's my english that I didn't understand your whole anser.

I understood half I think. Mapdata is allowed boost at a temperature. But I still don't understand the values on the x-axis. Do I need a factor?
I think my problem is that i don't understand your whole answer.

Lower the original values by 20%, connect MES, take a test drive, analyze the logs. Then you will understand.
Generally, modifying unknown maps in this style you did, is right way ... to hell.

small hint: this map needs to be just extended

No I just did it in excel to show what problem I have.
I am far away from copying any file to my car. And I definitely will not change any unknown file.
I like to understand what I do, and not doing it in a trial and error way.

Hope I will understand soon what's on with this map.

To me the sense of the map is lowering boost, when intake air is too hot. I can see the temperature values on y-axis, and bosst values in map data. I understand these two things. Then I see the x-axis, but don't understand it. And this is the reason why I don`t understand the whole map I guess.


EDIT give me 10 minutes. I think I saw something THANKS for your advice!

Ok I did what you told me.
That doesn't mean I will use these figures in the end. I used linear interpolation for my calculations.
