Racechip on GT Q2

A friend of mine is selling his Racechip box which he used in his 159 1.9 JTDm (150hp), and I'm planning to buy it for my GT Q2 (150hp).

However I'm not sure if the original map of GT Q2 is exactly the same with the one in 159. They share the same engine, but the torque figures are different (320nm for 159, 305nm for GT Q2).

Is it possible to use the Racechip adjusted for 159 in GT Q2?

Also, I haven't used a product like this before, I had all my cars remapped instead. And the logic behind Racechip remains questionable to me. As far as I know, all it does is to trick the ECU. Is there anyone did box tuning and ran at least 30K miles without problems?

Thanks in advance

it's an external box?

how do you need to connect it? if you connect it to the rail pressure sensor and or MAP sensor it'll work fine
