Idea Cylinder Head Cleaning/Acid dipping the best solution!

Hi Guys,

Rebuilding 147 2.0 Head and i'm searching the net for the best Dip Cleaning method to bring it back to factory Birth

I have heard of Dishwasher and Brick/Concrete acid, however the wife will Murder me for mutilating the Bosch and i'm not to sure on the Acid, Will it eat into the aluminium?

Anyone have any ideas of the chemicals i can use and how long to dip for?

Just for your information, Everything is stripped including valve guides....

Just get it wet vapor blasted. Or use a good carb cleaner (Nulon)
