CLUTCH AND FLYWHEEL UPGRADE 159 2.4 JTDM - Suggest?

Hello,
I have a 159 2.4 200cv, remaped with 90mm3 and about 1.7 bar boost.
I have changed flywheel and clutch about 25.000Km, I have now removed the gearbox, and I noticed that the flywheel has a gap of about 3-4 teeth.

Clutch don't slip, but I am planning a 2260 turbo upgrade.

you have any suggestions on what I could fit?
The original flywheel, how much torque holding?
Has anyone tried to mount a SINGLE mass flywheel?

Tahank you for your advice.

Garage
You don't need to touch it. Keep the factory one.

But I have mounted a new one only 25.000km ago, possible?
Someone known how much torque can handle original clutch?

It is very strange., may be may clutch is defect, but with more than 100mm3 slip easy.
After 25.000km flywheel have also hot spot, I had to talke a picture and upload it.

what other mods are on car?
100mm3 on 2.4jtdm is going to be over 500nm, ive lost my nm iq table I extended a while ago.
also if you've altered injector calibration also wrong way you could be closer to 550nm.
where does it slip ? is the torque curve smooth or in with a bang?

Car Has only DPF removed, Pre-cat removed and swilr removed. No other mod, I am planning a gtb2260 because I think that may kkk isn't able to manage 1.8-1.9 bar boost that are my target.

I have only tested 1.8 bar boost and about 100mm3, clutch sliped around 2600-2800 full throttle.

In 25.000Km I have run with 85-90mm3 and 1.65-1.7 bar boost.

Hhhmmm. I'd speak to James and Clogz...

My GQV runs well over 400Nm since relatively new and now on 95000km the wear is starting to show...gears go in smoothly(For what its worth) but the engagement and release is not up to standard...it feels loose. No slipping whatsoever.

Now I need clutch upgrade, I am sure!:-)

After 80.000km, and about 10.000km with gtb2262vk with 2bar boost, my clutch is sliping...
I am sure that standard clutch isn't able to manage the torque that I want...

Any suggest to upgrade ?

I do have Sachs performance one, and it's not slipping (so far). My standard one went after numerous log runs (flooring it from 1500 to 4500+ RPM in fourth). Just a note that i got used car with ~120kkms. I know that James(jbsmith1) and Pete (Clogz) are running OEM ones without any problems for some time now.

I fitted the Sachs uprated Organic clutch on my 1.9 and it holds about 5% more torque than a standard clutch and still smells of burning on the dyno so is slipping already at 537NM.

I'm sorry, that doesn't make sense to me, could you explain what you mean? The Sachs Clutch for mine is stated at 500+NM and has no specific maximum rating but Sachs told me they test them to well above, so I'm very disappointed with the performance.

my clutch...orrible!
It is a new one, after 80.000 km, only 10.000 with 2bar boost, and when I replaced it, I replaced all: clutch and flywheel.

Did you used the SAC tool when you changed the clutch?
