Cleaned up throttle body

On this forum last year was some info on an American company who took a brand new Fiat Grande Punto throttle body, opened out the bore on a lathe and fitted cheese head screws to the butterfly, all with the intention of improving mass and rate of airflow entering the engine. My question is has anybody fitted one of these to their Mito, as the company uses new parts, the result came be changed back at will if not satisfied.

not sure if this would work on a multiair as i don't think they have throttle bodies.

the punto mk2 forum used to mention bored and polished throttle bodies a lot. not sure if they still do.
