Need more HP's on my stock 2.4 jtd 10v 100kW

Hello everyone,
after 3 years of driving stock AR 166 2.4 10v JTD 100kW (CF2) I need more power
Please, I need your advice for gaining more HP's in my car.
1. Bigger IC. What size fits under the 166's bumper?
2. IC piping- has anybody sketches, drawings to choose and make the right piping.
Then options:
As I understand, bigger exhaust after the IC upgrade is a must?
What diameter of exhaust should it be?
What approx. HP I would get with bigger IC&exhaust after remap with stock turbo&injectors?
3. Bigger turbo. What are cheaper options/easier boltons? (approx HP's after remap?)

Something more..?

P.S. ~200HP's it would be enough for me

And why eper is telling me that my car is 103kw instead of 100 on my documents???
As mechanic looked under the bonnet, he said that it is 100kw version with mechanically controled turbo.

take a picture of the turbo and I'll tell you what you've got if you have a (red) tubing going from the actuator on the turbo to the compressor housing you've got a 100 kW

Turbo has some free time to wait, first I have to define IC size that fits under the front bumper

Interesting info:
166 | Turbo Clinic

Is it correct?

TD2503V goes for 100kW and GT2256V for 103/110/127kW ones..?
Does anybody knows, could point me to the TD2503V's air inlet (intake)/exhaust diameters..?

Has anybody done custom air intake for the AR166 JTD's?

Many examples on 156, like this one

Stephan from squadra tuning has (or had) a 166 2.4 100kW which produces 200 bhp with the standard injectors and turbo, but with FMIC

He also developped a boost controller for the TD2503V so you can run a reliable 1.4 Bar boost which is both the limit of the turbo (and for the GT2256V aswell) and the motormanagement used by the 100kW engine.
