it'll fit, but since the 147 uses a canbus system and the 156 doesn't you won't get all the electrics working again.

There are a lot of similarities between the 156 and the 147 front suspension pretty much the same - just get the V6 springs and shocks, brakes are same size and I think the hub carrier might be the same - I know for the GTA it is bigger... Don't worry about upgrade brakes for now - better pads and fluid is enough - I've done a number of trackdays in my 156 V6 SW

But yes as Cuore_Sportivo_155 said about electronics the 147 has a body computer to do all indication and other body electronics stuff and the 156 main ECU handles most things. It should be possible to splice the two somehow. Key code integration will be the most tricky thing I think

Well, how does the GTA engine work on the 147? Or is the 156 GTA using canbus too?

So you could use the 147 gta ECU with the 2.5 and make it all work?

not the cost I can do all the work my self, but if I could find a rear ended 147 gta downer car then that would be great, but the price I can pick a 156 v6 for, easy to find and cheap ile have to look into the combust side of things it just be a little project for me
