as my project now for my alfa is 300 plus bhp natural aspirated .. on a v6 ... so far im very lucky as all my head work will be done by a friend who owns his own engineering company so all labour be free.... so all port polishings .. and ill have my cams re-profiled to a higher ratio and fuel reg booster ,twin plenum , stanless steel manifold .. q2 ive already got a stanless steel quad and maybe abit of changing to air filter as ill have twin plenum ...finished off with a standalone managment system what u reckon guys ???

Go with ITB and a big single plenum, like the E46 M3.

Garage
I've seen a worked 3.2 GTV with a near tripple sized plenum, throttle bodies and cams do 257bhp. The same guy built a HIGHLY worked 3.7 motor and did 308bhp.

I agree with 75evo - more benefit in ITB on a N/A car

They manage to do it on V twin motorbikes...
Just need two banks of triple throttle bodies. My vote is on Triumph speed triple carbs ;-)

The rest is rest making sure the pipe work is there.
