Help to identify 155 chip

I helped a fellow Alfisti with some ECU issues on hos 155 2.0 -97 today. The car had a tuning chip fitted already when he bought it. The chip is mounted on a PLCC32 to DIL converter board and most likely also an encryption board. It's labeled "155 16V 04/st3" as seen in the pictures. ECU is a 0 261 204 422.

Does anyone recognize it and can tell us who the tuner is?

I think it's a chip from Squadra Tuning, which could explain the "st"

Squadra uses encryption to protect his work

Thank you for your reply. I sent the pictures to Stephan at Squadra and just got his answer: No, it isn't a Squadra chip.
