Will the original flywheel withstand that much power? I don't know how torque would that be, but HP should be like 250-60 ?
( P.S. I have the cf3 injectors installed and a smaller fuel pump pulley from a 2.4 Mjet).
The power is no problem, the torque at <2500 rpm is. So if you hold back the torque in that area you should be fine.

How about the clutch? Mine is a valeo 821325 (235mm). How much can that take? It's not the usual one on 156 2.4 jtd engines.

I don't think that the clutch on 166 is different.
All JTDs 8V, 10V and 16V in 147, 156, GT, 166 use the same clutch.

The only exception is 20V JTD which uses GM F40 gearbox (again the same gearbox and same clutch in 156 and 166).

The original clutch will start slipping at 400NM and 200hp.

Car Part VALEO 821325 Clutch Kit
If that picture is correct, then the pressure plate fingers are strengthened with dimples.
Very interesting if this clutch can be fitted on the 1.9 JTD's !

Yes it can be. A friend of mine with a JTD 8V project (200ho,400+NM) was rolling for a while with that kind of clutch.
