Not got anything to post guidewise about vx ers running a dedicated pump and oil cooler.
Guessing for track cars and 1/4milers maybe.
Whats necessary for fast road cars ned?
What failures do you guys see?
Diff failures
Top shaft brgs pitted and rumbling
And noisy gear issues (4th or 6th cant remember)
Are probably what ive read most on forums.

We are working with Quaife on the C635 box to install an internal pump to oil the top shaft as this box also has 3 shafts staked one on top of the other causing poor lubrication to the top shaft bearing

On the M32 box it tends to be the top bearing on the outer casing end which fails and spins the bearing race it the casing. There are a lot of places this are "rebuilding" these boxes without removing them from the car. They are taking off the end casing and just changing the bearing in question and putting the casing back, this is not a rebuild and it is impossible to get all the swaf out repairing like this so the box is going to fail again.

We recommend using Fuchs Titan Sintofluid SAE 75W-80 to try and prevent damage in the first place

I went mt90 any good?
Is that THE Best in your opinion.
Do you think that breather mod and extra 1/2 litre of oil is worth doing.
Im sure something similar could be done for under 50 nicely.

selenia mt90 should be a lot better then original matryx oil.
Its also recomended for ducato 3,0 jtd, which would fail if driven long on high speed. Should be better with mt90.

There are a couple of modification for m32 gearbox, including modified bearings. I know a company that does a complete rebuild, al new bearing and modifications for around 650 euro
