166 Brembo calipers on 147

Simple question, would a set of 166 brembo calipers fit the 147 ? and if so what sort of mod's would need to be done if at all possible?

Not quite. I do not recommend using the 166 uprights. There are special brackets made for the 166 calipers to fit on the 147/156 uprights, those are not really cheap but are the right way to go.

I can get them for 125 euro a pair.
They use them for their racecars aswell so they should be of good quality

I can also get custom brackets to fit mito calipers with 305 gta disc or 330 159 calipers to 305 gta discs.
Those are a bit more expensive at 175 euro, 330 159 calipers would cost 400 a pair for used ones

Some people are terrible, they want something but cannot be bothered to search for that something, they want to be served to them on a silver platter. Lazy, pure and simple.
2 minutes of searching :

MiTo calipers bolt straight on to a normal 156/147/GT, no custom bracket needed.

Mito calipers seem rare as rocking horse **** to find same as the punto abarth. This option seems one of the cheapest and easiest.

Mito brackets and calipers are the same as Abarth Punto. Both use 305x28 discs like GTA ,but mito has 4x98, punto has 4x100 and gta has 5x98.

Hey all, after doing some research on this, if i were to use the Mito Brembo, where would i get the disc from ? i.e. 305x28 disc but for 5x98 as mito is 4x98?

ah i guess this would be perfect right

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Alfa-Romeo...MAAOSwA3dYSvio

thanks
Ming
