Gtv 3.0 f360 tb

Hello, i would like to order act carbon plenum on my gtv 3.0 v6 24v 162kw and i must buy f360 throttle body, but it has an electronic gas and gtv has a mechanical gas, how should i do it? Im from Czech Republic, sorry for my English

GTV V6 3.0

Then use a larger Throttle body that is cable not electric. Don't use the f360 throttle body.

that won't be easy , you have a idle actuator mounted to the manifold. you'll have to make that fit.
A '97 24v allready has a bigger tb than a later electronic model.
You could probably use an universal tb like the ones on ebay like ;
Blue 80mm Throttle Body Performance Intake Manifold Billet Aluminum High Flow | eBay
or maybe something bigger.

Do you use your original ecu or a stand-alone system like megasquirt or something?

Thank for your reply, i use original ecu. So I should buy some universal TB and fit it to the plenum?

yep , but do make sure your trottle position sensor (tps) fits the new tb.

tb shouldn't be to much trouble to fit, i'm more worried about the idler. You will need to drill a hole in the back of the manifold to fit it.
