2.5 Supercharged

Hi Guys, I'm wanting to hear from those that have supercharged their 2.5 24v cars. I'm considering it and just wondering how it feels in comparison to NA? Looking at a roots type blower (Eaton) Does it feel as revvy as before just with more power everywhere or does it feel more torquey and not wanting to rev like before?
I'm about to fit a 2.5 24v to my 85 gtv6 and have a supercharger lying around which was intended for a 164 3.0 ltr 12v also lying around, My other thought is to fit the heads to the 3.0ltr with the supercharger?? Has anyone gone this route before?
I Can change the pistons easy enough to fit the new heads but what other issues are there with this conversion?
Thanks in advance for any input!

I don't have any experience with supercharged 2.5, I' pretty sure that it isn't gonna rev like before but the revvin problem can be balanced with a lighter flywheel. Also don't forget the touque is gonna increase a lot and if it's front wheel drive you'll be changing tyres every week.

Look at Tim's head thread to see if you want to go the 2.5 24V route on a 3.0 block...

The 2.5 is probably the most bullet proof (unbreakable) of the V6's so I would suggest you carry on... The 2.5 is nice and torquey, the supercharger will enhance that fact. Given the more torque at specific rev's - it will have to rev better - I cannot see why it will keep on revving like a N/A... It might not have that kick-in-the-back feeling that a turbo gives, it will be more linear.
