enable pilot injection (JTD)?

Hi, i'm interest to enable pilot injection in every condition. I tryed to set an energizing time in the apposit map, but at 3500 4000rpm (full load) FES write pilot injection time = 0us.
I have noticed that when rail pressure is under 1350bar it works, but i need much higher value, and for example @1430 FES tell 0us...
I looked for a single bit in two damos... nothing.

Can someone help me?

bit beyond me at minute, but im guessing at revs above midway it hasnt got the time to inject for a pilot injection as main injection advances as revs rise and also pre injection rises as rev rise is there enough timing left for a pilot injection? and why? if its there to reduce diesel knock is this still the case at mid to high revs?
