2.4 10v Tuning - camshaft

Has anyone had any joy fitting a 2.4 10v CF2 cam to a 2.4 10v CF3 motor? I'm sure I've read it on here but not had any joy with a search.

Does anyone have the specs of the cams? Lift, duration etc. Would like a bit more top end on my 2.4, I have a cambelt change coming up so now is the time.

I found my stock EUR3 8V JTD camshaft has following parameters
lift: 8.5mm both
inlet: opening 0 BTDC, closing 32 ABDC - duration 212
exhaust: opening 40 BBDC, closing 2 BTDC - duration 218

(btw, EUR2 has the same inlet timing, just exhaust timeframe is a bit postponed - opening 32BBDC, closing 0BTDC - duration 212)

It's more likely the 10v cam parameters will be pretty much the same
