Original Alfa 159 2.4 200 HP ecu

Hy there. Can anyone help me with am original 2.4 200 hp Ecu map? I will like to make some comparation with mine, since I got a power problem and I suspect that the AR service has remapped my ECU with minimun values.

This one

Uploaded with ImageShack.us

But it really does not matter. With any version it will be fine, so I can compare.

Well if you cant find that original map online, then it is obvious that you don't have much knowledge about remapping.

How do you think you will be able to judge how good is a remap if you dont have a basic understanding?

Upload your file somewhere and let people with more experience make a call.

This file you uploaded... it this supposed to be tuned? Because I cant see any changes that could improve performance there... I only see some changes in EGR and start of injection, idle speed, engine start map... but nothing that could help you gain power...

If you want original map, just send me an email address...

No. Itīs not tuned. Itīs my original map, but I suspect that is something strange in there. The AR technical service has change something in this map and after this remap I have lost performance in the car. Thatīs why I want to compare with another good map to see whatīs change in there. If you can help me...send it to [email protected]

Oh. I see where is the problem. The AR service uploaded an update software on your car, and overwritten the remap you had done before that.

You will have to go back to your tuner and get the remap uploaded again.

Original file is on your email.

Go to the dealer and they will tell you what is the latest, it also depends on the hardware version of the ECU.

That is the obvious solution but it would be nice to have a list of releases on the forum, even better if we could know what changed in each release.

Good one yan.ko

turbonutters: one solution is to check your ECU HW number, and then do a search for original ECU files over the net. Most probably you will find a few different versions for each ECU HW. And then sort them by SW number and you will see which is the latest one. Then you can compare what did they change...
