Exhaust dilema

Im not going to start asking what exhaust to get, cause its obviously down to personal preference to sound etc.

However, i need advise on value for money.

Im torn between
Ragazzon straight through (90) and Supersprint back box (350) = 440
Ragazzon centre with silencer (170) and Supersprint back box = 520
Remus 65 = 420

Not sure on the first one cause i think its going to be too harsh (noise levels).
Second one is just out my price reach
and third one- havnt really heard much about it, no youtube videos or posts related to alfa 147 2.0 with it.

So do you think its worth saving abit longer for the second one, or go for the remus or put up with a boomy noise but relative cheap first option.

I have just bought the Remus 65 for my 147. I will be fitting it next weekend if you can wait that long for a report.

You won't have much luck on the ragazzon stuff, they lost the first one I ordered so I changed to Remus. August soon and Italy goes on holiday !

No worries, if you need pics of the Remus 65, look at my thread further down (b/b s/s exhaust)

i go away on thursday for two weeks so will drop you an email when i get back.
where did your order that from- the pictures look a lot different to the one i was looking at
Venom Motorsport Performance Car Parts - EBC Brakes, Black Diamond Brakes, FK Suspension, Eibach Suspension, Weitec Suspension, Supersport Suspension

possibly a stupid question but is the small section on the main pipe a silencer?

They don't make an across the car silencer for the 147. The one I have is the only pipe they make. I got mine through gazella racing. Front section is a small silencer yes.

Thats a shame, would of preferred the double pipe. will give gazella a call at some point to check stock.
how much did you pay in the end?

i agree, i would have preferred double shot gun end or flat oval. i may still cut this one off and fit a flat oval i have. i have to cut the other end and weld anyhow to incorporate the sports cat

there is no stock on these, come from austria and made to order i believe

Well got the exhaust fitted and sealed. The Remus is a nice bit of kit, it gives a bass sound, deep, not raspy or chavvy. Understated in its sound. Not sure if it aids performance but it certainly feels alot smoother through the rev range. This maybe due to the sports cat i welded in. I'll put some pics up later
