156 GTA-AM Styling

Hello everyone..

I'm a 'newbie' to Alfa Owners Club and had a question, wondering if anyone out there could help me with.

I am looking to buy a 54 Plate 156 1.8TS. Many of you have probably seen the fantastic looking GTA AM Bodykit on the Autodelta website. Thats what I want to do lol.

On the Autodelta website the total kit (Bumpers,Skirts,Arches, Spoiler etc) works out to be arounds £5,000 which is crazy.

Anyone know where I could buy the GTA AM kit elsewhere or is that the only seller?

Thanks

I wouldn't bother on that model, too much money. Don't think it's available anywhere else.

Yes, from Croatia. But that would be too far away for you You can ask someone who makes bodykits to make you a custom one.

If you are going to do it, at least put it in a 2.0 then at least you are true to the spirit of the racing 156s that looked like this (especially the 156 Super 2000 from 2004) . But it is expensive - wouldn't you be better off spending your money on a more better car?

I couldn't find the Croatia company - if anyone knows it, pls post a link.

BTW, I've thought about doing this on mine but at the moment prefer the original look.

Cheers,

Nigel

They only fit a specially made Autodelta exhaust as the bumper cut-out position is moved from the standard position.. So that rules that out then

I've got a quad from the Wizard on my GTV V6. Same backbox as a 156 GTA too, sounds amazing, like a F355

I've had a look at the Autods site, his work looks really good, but can't seem to find the GTA-AM kit. Have e-mailed them, just waiting for a reply. Does anyone know how much export and shipping costs would be from Poland?

Hi Mariusz FC, I don't know about getting 5 orders but is the kit exactly the same as the 156 GTA AM kit on Autodelta. How much would the delivery charge be?

Look at the link in TSpark-driver's post - it takes you to the thread that shows him developing it. Perhaps he doesn't have it up generally for sale yet. But it's not quite the same as the Autodelta kit or the original Alfa GTAm, the wheel flares are much more exaggerated (especially the front ones). It's certainly too extreme for me but if it floats your boat then go for it.

Cheers,

Nigel

There a few other 156 with the kit in the pictures, burgundy saloon looked nice ( same kit ?). Rear arches look nice I think they shouldnt have made them so flared, especially the front. Plus I guess the kit is for facelift, zeggi Gta looks perfect but I think quite expensive.

Have u got pics of the replica GTAm kit on a car, there Are 2 kits on this thread at the moment I think. Tspark driver the kit in the pics are for a facelift 156. Zeggi Gta has a facelifted autodelta GTAm kit I think which I'd more subtle.

..this is not a facelift 156 ..see the rear light
Think, the GTAm bodykit fit to a facelift 156 and to the old 156 too.. but you have to change bonnet, headlights, front grill and front beam (headlights fixing etc..).

Yes, you are right. It's the first series 156, but the front is changed. BUT there was a 156 without the changed front lights.

Ah, so you make those in fiberglass as well or simply use the original ones and just modify them ?
