any one know where i cold get my hands some lowering springs for my sud? im looking at about 35 - 40

The springs should be the same as the sprints - 33's.

Shop.Alfisti.net has a good pair of H&R springs for the 33 that will be good for your sud as well. They lower at 30mm's.

Also , if you can find any , the omp lowering springs as well.

I have the H&R's on my Sprint and the OMP's on my 33.

Have in mind that you will definately need to make channels in your shock absorbers brackets - lower point where they bolt on the hub - so you can correct your camber !
