Atlast!! 156 2l Ts Custom Exhaust Manifold, Done.

I said it was on it's way and here it is, im pritty sure there is nothing else out there like it. Here's some pic's of it on my car, i hav'nt done the system yet but it's not far away. If anyone is interested in a manifold i will make some, £400 inc. postage, but it's a limited edition, i dont have the time to make lots of them, but that's the way i like it. i dont want everyone to have one. ( CF3 only i think ) For more info just ask wizrdovoz. p.s ( THIS IS NOT A TRADE ADD, AND IM NOT A TRADER )

I hope you all like it!!!

Looks good.
Does it run OK with the Lambda sensors only monitoring 2-cylinders?

I think it is only for the CF3. Lambdas shouldnt be a problem, as long as they read different to the 3rd lambda. sometimes if they dont get used at all you need to re-map, but as not everyone can do that, that is why they are in there. I havnt run the car yet as im waiting for the rest of the system and that will be soon. ive done lots of systems that only use 1 out of 2 or 3 sensors and its never been a problem. Alltho, if someone was worried about getting a reading from only 2 cylenders i can put the lanbda bosses in the primary collectors but they will have to lenghten the lambda wires. It's easy!!!

Ive looked a little deeper into the lambda's and they are fine where they are, BUT, for piece of mind im going to also put them in the collectors aswell on my car to see if it makes a differance, but it's not likley. ALSO, ill do a CF2 adaptor that bolts on where the flexi is so the manifold is good for both models. Happy day's.

r.e. the above, and your PM, will you be supplying CF2 manifolds without the lambda ports then?

The CF2 will have one in the down pipe ( the same place as all other manifolds ). The CF3 will have them ( 2 ) in the primary collector's.
