Oil Filler Cap £18 - are they taking the P?

Guess who left his 147 oil filler cap off? 2nd time I've done that in nearly 40 years motoring - cost me £18 this time for a plastic filler cap from the local AR dealer. Must cost about 50p to produce. Are all parts that expensive? I'm new to AR - bought the 147 in January. But you can't run without a cap, so had to be bought.
So beware - when you top up your oil, always double check you've put the filler cap back on, or you'll get a puddle of oil on the floor, oil all over your engine bay and a bill for £18.

Should have emailed me i have one of these off my 147 that i am breaking,
i always put the filler cap by the hinge of the bonnet so if i do forget to put it on you are in the scenareo of trying to jam the bonnet closed and then suddenly you remember .......filler cap.
