Duplex exhaust for 147!

Ok chaps need your thoughts on this...!!

I'am looking at possibly fitting a duplex exhaust onto the 147. So far I have seen the raggazon 102mm round duplex system and also the novitec 115x85 duplex(looks more like original one thats fitted) both from alfisti.net
Any thought on what make to go for/avoid??

As I'am fitting them onto a diesel its not going to make a huge difference in performance, however I'm really going for looks and also to fill the rear bumper rather then having the blank exhaust panel on the right hand side.

I have read good reviews in other threads about supersprint exhausts but cant find a supplier, or even know if they make a duplex system!!

Suggestions and thoughts would be much appreciated.

Re: Duplex exhaust for 147!

The benefits of fitting a freer flowing exhaust apply equally to a diesel as they do a petrol

I did with Zender 90mm duplex. It looks fine but I don't like the sound. Looking forward to my new Ragazzon gets aboard.

Re: Duplex exhaust for 147!

FYI, this is the video of the Zender duplex uploaded by my reseller.

I just ordered a 102mm duplex from Ragazzon Srl. The p/n is 50.0040.06.

Re: Duplex exhaust for 147!

Ok, I had bolted the Ragazzon duplex on my 147 for one month.

Got to say, never feel more satisfied! The pedal turns very sensitive (I mod front manifold but keep 2nd-cat. / mid-silencers). Although it's much noisier while idle, annoying humming till 2000rpm. But 2000rpm and up is amazing! Obviously more power, heart-melting metal scream...

Re: Duplex exhaust for 147!

The exhaust systems from Zender were actually Remus exhausts but with a Zender logo on them. I used to be the UK importer for Zender before they went bust.

Supersprint do a system for the 05> 147 JTD but it isn't dual exit. Just 1 exit with an oval tail pipe. Centre pipe, de-cat pipe and down pipe to replace the first cat.

Hi, there. Couple months later, I ordered Group N mid-pipe.

This is the video.

Nice, I prefer a slightly oval tail for the cut out. Got any better pics?
