Is one end fatter/deeper than the other? If so I would put the fattest bit nearest the back.

Re: Cant decide which way round skirts should go

Well, thats what I thought hence the first pic,but I saw this pic the other day. Although I thought it looked sh*t, I tried them the other way round anyway, but I dont think it looks that bad on mine, so now I m not sure! They skirts were cheap (60 quid) from ebay and there was no pic of them on the car, but it was the best design I d seen apart from the 200 quid Novitec ones.

They look a bit like 156 Sportpack skirts.

Think it looks better with the sideskirt "waist" under the rear edge of the door - the right hand pic.

yep would totally agree, give the back a bit more body and looks better balanced and in proportion!

The 1st pic is the correct answer. All IMO of course, but I feel it looks better than the right-hand pic.

Re: Cant decide which way round skirts should go

I'm going for no.2 (the r/h picture). The "waist" must go under the door shut line (see the '47 photo).

Having it at some random point under the front door just can't be right.

Did you look to Helvetia Design. Parts aren' t expensive and well designed.

Yeah, I like those ones, but not the groove in them. Thats the best GTA style front bumper I ve seen, though, most dont look quite right

Re: Cant decide which way round skirts should go

Not anymore, if you look at the latest pic-I had it painted at the same time as the skirts. I fitted the facelift bumper and tailgate, cos I prefered the newer lights!
