1.9lt 16V Euro4 vs Euro3 Head comparison

Can you please tell me what is different between 1.9lt 16V Euro4 vs Euro3 Head. I used to have a head which uses 5mm Valve top diameter. Now I'm using 6mm Valve top Diameter Head. Can you please tell us what is the differences.

My second hand Head has 46822135/01T 6ASP9C1P

One valve is 27.40mm
Other Valve is 25.75mm
Intake Round Port Diameter is about 33mm

It seems there is only one number for the 16v cylinderhead, which is 46822135. There are versions with and without the addition "01T".
What exactly is the difference is not clear, but it is abvious there are two valve stem diameters, 5 and 6mm. Normally 5mm should flow a little better because of the larger flow area, however it looks both versions are used in euro 4 engines. Not sure about euro 3.

Rumours about euro 3 heads having bigger ports and flowing "much" better than euro 4, I don't believe as I think there's no difference. If anyone has measurements that prove otherwise, please share.

Now I have Euro3 Manifold on my hand. I've measured port dimensions. Exactly same as Euro4. Only difference is Euro4 manifold has Swirl Flaps. Shame, I was expecting at least 1mm - 2mm differences.
