Thanks! Yes, 0.7b at 7300rpm and IAT(inlet air temperature) = 33įC
It was calculated that the drive will be in the warm season.
Now we have about 0įC. In the summer, this Rotrex will no longer inflate 0.6 due to hot air.

What size pulley do you have on rotrex? I have same SC with 75mm pulley and only reached nearly 280HP @5800rpm

After this RPM have sudden dip in the power curve, i think this is because of pinging reaction from my ecu. I saw 0.75 bar max at sea level and 0.45 bar at 1100m altitude with 6800rpm limiter.

I had trouble with my crank pulley so valves and camshafts have been damaged and was thinking to move to turbo setup instead of SC as also my SC has failed (rotor snapped because of bov failure we think) and recently repaired.

ANd, this is my video for 100-200kph test

Too slow comparing to your one.

Your car is great!

Pay attention to my intake temperature. +1 С outside.

Today I went again. On the street +13 С. The inlet temperature returned to normal : 3gear - +35C, 4gear - +45 С.
100-200km/h = 11.2sec.

my limiter is 7600rpm

Today I will try to record a video tachometer.

And what is the final setup? All stock or do you still use 413cc Volvo injectors.

Yes, 413cc Volvo.
MAF replaced by MAP.

Other all stock.

Yes, this is final setup. If the engine crashes, then install the forged pistons.

Nice Setup , pretty impressive numbers. I plan on a sc setup for my 156 3.0 . Im very interested in the bracket for the sc, would you like to share some more info on it?

Me too, very interested in the bracket. By the way, would you all consider the rotrex reliable?

If you care about below items then it should be safe to operate;

1- Do not use hard fuel cut at the end of rpm band, use softer one.
2- Use a quality bov
3- Do not make rpm more than capacity of Rotrex unit considering crank and SC pulley ratio.
4- Install the SC pulley and V belt y caring about vertical alignment parallel to other pulleys and use a stronger belt if possible.
5- Do not use a second hand charger for saving money

I had items 1,2,4 and 5 ending with snapped impelller and also crank pulley failure. Now SC is repaired but I am moving to turbo setup. I may try it again on a different engine.

what information interests you? I can ask my master, most likely he has a 3d project.

If you do not increase the rpm, then it is very reliable.

In my case, I shifted the rpm to 7700rpm to get 200km/h in 4th gear - this is only for acceleration numbers.
In everyday driving my cutoff is 7000rpm and it will work for a long time.

My whole project is a fanatical love to Alfa. I understand perfectly that the 156 and its 3.0v6 engine is very ancient, like a mammoth. But I just like this sound and 156 Alfa V6, so I got involved in this adventure.

To get these numbers, itís enough to buy a Skoda vRS and make a chip stage 1. It's sad when you invest so much in this engine.

Therefore, it is worth making bets on fanaticism and reality.
If you are a realist, then it is better not to make such projects. If you are an adventurer, then it is worth doing!

forgot to report that I have a gearbox from GT 3.2 and a limited-slip differential(Russian production).
2.5 gearbox shorter main pair - you get more power, but less speed.

Donít worry all of us are kind of a bit wobbly in the head, thatís why we have crazy Alfa projects. I just finished my 3.2 24v conversion in my old 75. Iím thinking of putting a Rotrex in there. Rotrex is good because itís more linear, the twin screw supercharger has too much low end torque and can break diffs. Not to mention the supercharger whine.

For daily drivers, I have a MK7 Golf Turbo and a Honda Accord Euro Type-S. But they are both dull compared to the Alfa, especially the engine sound.
