2.5 V6 engine performance upgrades

Looking at the new 2.5 engine available from partsworld, which is very good value, I am wondering what performance can be achieved from this engine. I am thinking:-
Intake mods / changes
Exhaust manifolds
Throttle bodies with aftermarket ECU
Cams - possibly and
Porting - maybe
Aim is for fast road / occasional track days.
I realise that going 3.0 or 3.2 may be cheaper / easier but for various reasons that is not the route I want to go down.
Would welcome people's experience & suggestions along with a rough idea of costs.
Thanks in advance

3.0 litre intake pipes
wizard manifolds unless massive deep pockets .. supersprint or custom
depends on application but AHM do a kit or the link i posted in other thread
reground cams from Jim K
if its apart head work three angle seats increase compression

i would say if you going to strip it people are giving 2.5's away but you would get a new bottom,. end oil pump .. but for the same money as new, you would get a 2.5 rebuilt with high comp pistons if doing the work yourself going used

What hp would the intake pipes & manifolds add?
How much for the cams?
Cheers

difficult to say on 2.5

supersprint exhaust system with manifolds add 27bhp on 3.2
cams added around 20bhp on 3.2 but will be a slightly wilder spec on 2.5 and would add more with headwork allowing the cams to breather better again
Add IIRC the intake pipes add around 2/3bhp but across the range

I have the 3.0/3.2 45mm pipes which I bought from Pud237 for my 75 GTA. But I decided to use the shorter inlet manifold like the 75/GTV6. So mine's available in case you're interested. Not sure how much shipping is from the US, but shouldn't be prohibitive especially if compared to a new set.
