Alfa 166 3.2->3.7(3 675,663 cc/cm)

Hi!

I upgraded my 3.2

















This is:
diameter - 100mm(forged piston - custom)
rings - Porsche
injectors - stock
MAF - stock
collectors exhaust - 166 without cats
cylinder head gaskets - custom

To be:
Throttle 84mm - WV

I need to do a remap of the ECU. This is a problem for Russia.

There is no mappack in tuning companies. Therefore, everyone gives the answer "Oooou! Alfa ?! ME.7.3.1?? No no no!" .

Can anyone share a mappack?

I want to do everything to the good end. The remap problem stops me.


Any information will be useful.
Addresses of memory maps, dimensions, xdf files. Help, please.

cylinders were taken from a large car engine from the USSR.
they were redone.

Guess you use same crankshaft?
Where did you source the pistons?
You regrind only cyl liners.....what about the cylinder block where liners fit?????
About the ECU - if you running 166's i guess you can revert to ME 2.1 ecu used on CF2 cars......maybe someone can remap it for you.....but if they had hassle with 7.3.1 doubt that they will succeed with 2.1......Come on - that's Russia - everything is possible.....
If you are on ME 2.1 i can send you a map, but can't help with 7.3.1....

Yes. For comparison, on the block the standard and custom cylinder liner is 100mm.

My friend has a AR 156. 3.0 from 166.
He installed the camshafts Autodelta.AR24.103.280.



For the first time the installation was done poorly. This video shows that the helicopter is flying


The second time was good. But now you need to make a chip ECU. He has a block ME2.1.

He has the same problem with the ECU chip.

I tried to find, furthest I got, found some maps that somebody previous found, based on statistic. In other words, its not sure that these are the maps that I need.

I bet it goes pretty well with the heavier 166!?

For 900 km of run-in jumped 3-4 times the error for catalyst 1 and 2
I remind you I cut out all the catalysts
In this connection, they were puzzled by the elimination of this issue programmatically
There is an xdf file from another machine but with the same motor of the same year
Who discovered and looked almost like sheep on new
Almost sure that the card addresses must match
Now what to do with them so that the brain does not read the information from the rear lambda, or if it reads it does not interfere with the normal operation of the engine and does not swear on the catalysts 1 and 2
Although there used to be 3 and 4 before, but they are silent about them

I am completely loving your build, it is simply amazing and awesome. Where I am from I can source the same ZiL-130 sleeves, a little bit more expensive but still on a decent price. And I'm starting to think about doing this to a 2.0 V6 TB. My calculations show that the total displacement should jump to around 3.1 liters but the TB crank has a really short stroke so it should rev like crazy. Could you give me a little bit more details on the dimensions to which the sleeves have been reworked and for the pistons as well?

Cheers and keep us posted on how it's going with driving it some more.
