GTA & 3.0 injectors

Had 3.0 V6 on my track toy, using OE injectors - Bosch P/N 0280150701.
But they are way too used, bought second hand, cleaned numerous times and i'm desperate to get rid of it.
Did some research and found that maybe LAncia Thesis 3.0V6 and Alfa GTA 3.2 share same injectors - Bosch P/N 0280156038
Or at least many sources state that same injector is used for both engines.
But there is bit of confusion - 0280150701 is rated 182.9g/min, and GTA 0280156038 is 172.2g/min
Difference in injector times, fuel pressure or what????
And because i was mislead few times from reputable sources, can some confirm that 3.2GTA use 0280156038 injectors?
Thanks

Hi

Yes the 3.0 and 3.2 engines use the Red 0280156038 Injector and i think the other ones you mention 0280150701 Injectors are the older yellow injectors for 2.5/3.0 engines

hope that helps

Great.....its easy for me to find GTA injectors here, and remap will fix the difference.......maybe worth to mention that fuel rails different, and red injectors can not use yellow one's fuel rail.....they are shorter.....

Im using red gta injectors with cf2 rails from a 2.5 engine that had yellow injectors and they seem to be fine or ive not noticed if there is a problem

I was using Thesis rail and its support legs are bit shorter.......anyway i put both injectors next to each other and gta ones are about 2-3mm shorter......maybe you fitted it with rail altogether......

Hey guys,

I did some research about the available injectors and their differences, and here's what I got:
You have CF2 3.0 beige injectors Bosch reference # 0280150701 and an output of 226.00 cc/min (162.5 grams/min) and then you have the CF3 3.0/3.2 red injectors Bosch reference # 0280156038 and an output of 224.4 cc/min (161.4 grams/min). These values are obtained at 3 Bars of pressure and were taken from an official Bosch catalogue I found online.

I'm not sure if you can use the 2.5 CF2 fuel rail with the beige injectors, but I know you can't with the red ones.
