Project ; 300hp white 147 JTDm 16v

Aaaaaaaaannnddd, I'm back!

I got a little bored of driving a normal car, so thought about it for a while , and what I needed I my life was a 300hp white 147!

So bought a black one!
With damage..

But it was an easy fix , and had it painted in as white as could be (ral 9003) and black as could be (ral 9005)

Enough about the boring stuff, let's talk engine stuff!

Parts I've got:
Q2 gearbox
DC injectors
FMIC (from my 156 20v)
WMI

parts to decide ;
Exhaust
Downpipe
Manifold
Turbo

I'm really thinking about the sprintautoservice gtb2260v kit , because well.. It's awesome! And comes at a good price.
I would have really liked a gtb2060vklr, but those are really hard to get a manifold for so that's probably no option..

Any suggestions ?

And welcome back

147 looks great in white, so no objections there. Also, wheels are perfect.
I think you should go directly to 2060vklr. You have enough experience to make it work. I know custom exhaust manifold can be a pain, but a little patience will save you both time and money in the long run. We both know you'll fit water-cooled one at the end, so why not do it now?
Also...you got any more of them 341s?

Congratulations on your project, I hope you would make a good example for us. I want to ask you something about maintenance of injector. I know that they are rare. And bosch do not make them or sale them anymore. How can we make a repair when we need it? Can we find spare parts for 341 injector, lets say 4 years later?

What do you have to pay every month for a car in netherlands?

In germany you have to pay an annual car tax. For a 1.9 JTD oder JTDm its about 308 EUR. It's calculated by the engine capacity (ccm³) or after 2009 by the CO² emission.
And the other point is the car insurance. For my Fiat Stilo 1.9 JTD 2002 i have to pay 50 EUR every month (own damage not included but wildlife accident or stone cracked windshield included). It is calculated by the damage-free years and the car type class (how many accidents are made with this car).

My ordered clutch from sprintautoservice will be shipped this week

This 147 is 116 in tax and about 50 insurance (all risk , so incl own damage)
The 159 was 170 tax and 70 insurance , but consumption was quite high too; 1l/9km. The 147 does about 1/14km.

Did i say I can't wait till the turbo is here?

not to try an detract from this topic, but has anyone here ever tried tuning the 2.0 JTDM? the turbo is oriented differently so advice on the 1.9 isn't 100% applicable...
