Elm driver?

Hi all, just moved my multiecuscan over from my old work laptop, have a USB elm cable with all the coloured adapters. It worked fine on my old computer, but struggling to get it to work on my new one running windows vista business 32.
Greeting the error for:
FR232r USB UART driver missing.
The error I have is that the driver is missing. Windows cannot find it and even with the disc supplied, windows is saying it's not there.
Looked online and there seems to be a com driver for it that doesn't help,
Thanks for any advice

Not a clue what device/program your using but you might want to take these into consideration.

Are you installing the 32bit driver?
Is the device/software supported on your OS?
