New Moby

OK, the i-bone comes out of contract soon, and the Mingebag is too strong in this one for a 5S. Looking for similar dimensions and functionality, preferably easy to migrate too.

Any suggestions?

Wiko.

Collection Smartphones Wiko Mobile

  • Dual SIM (to get cheap local SIMs if traveling)
  • It's totally unlocked.
  • Get your phone tariff reduced because you are not getting a "free" phone.

Job done.

I'm using an "Ozzy" which cost me ~70 Euros
Not having a network supplied phone reduces my tariff by 10 Euros/month.
Already paid for itself.

Keep your current phone and swap to SIM only. Use the cash you save to buy toys for the Alfa

Another vote for keeping your current phone and swapping to sim only.
Im still on my 4s which is nearly 3 years old and functioning perfectly well! Halved my monthly bill by going sim-only!

Plus, heard on t-radio today that come early september there is likely a new iPhone out which may actually be worth getting. In as much that it will make actual strides forward rather than warmed over versions!

New iPhone 6 due around 9th September. Being Windows background I noticed mention of a dual sim and for that I'd suggest the Lumia 635 but not in all markets - here we don't get the dual sim version.

All Wikos have dual SIM.

It's something the Western networks have always tried to block to protect their ARPUs.

Have a look on eBay, if you want a 5s you can get them for cheap (brand new) I got my 32gb 5s for £420. Relatively very cheap and I pay around £12 for my sim only contract.
