Lick Browsers for android phones

What are you using and why?

I don't like the standard one (lack of features), opera is great but for some reason just stops working and has to be reinstalled periodically, firefox is beta only afaik and seems a bit buggy. I'm using Dolphin which does everything I want but seems very laggy at times.

Opera mini has some good features like tiles and turbo boost for slow sites...I use it on the PC. Maxthon is another I've used before but biggest bugbear I find is the dozen times it asks
if you want to use the phone browser or the named browser to access the web...

Don't know if I'm doing it right but I just google a site and access it from there instead of the
Internet Icon, works for me everytime
Football/Sports on unofficial sites can be buggy but with perseverance can still be downloaded once you get your head around it !

A dedicated browser is better as it don't use as much of your data package from what I gather
I only use wi fi so don't have a data bundle and usually can access the web anywhere

I keep chopping and changing just now on my phone i have.

boat
chrome
dolphin
firefox
ninesky
opera mini
opera mobile
skyfire

I'd say the best ones are -
chrome - good for tabbed browsing but a pain with pop up fields/captchas
firefox - good mostly but buggy on some bigger sites
opera mobile - good for viewing full desktop sites
opera mini - for poor signal areas (i think opera mobile has a turbo feature that does the same thing).
dolphin - probably the best all rounder but can be a bit slow.

I will possibly one day remove half of them, I just can't decide on one to use as a main browser. I'm Interested to hear what other people are using.

Evel...
Which one do you find works best on your phone ?
I read the reviews for both and it favoured mini over
the mobile version ?
Do you get the speed dial option on them also

I use Mobile on my Android tablet. Tried Mini and found that it would hang and didn't seem as fast as Mobile.

Using Dolphin on my iPad, I like the way you can set up gestures for particular sites.

I use Mini more than the other

I only have an experia X10 mini pro and it more than adequate for that , loads pages and images really fast

They both work just as well as each other for me . I had mini first so use it more as all my stuff is on it . I dont use the phone for browsing much as the screen is tad small ,just a quick check up on things.

Only access t' interweb on my phone when out and about or no access to a PC ...
Can't see it taking over from a full on lappie or tablet for the masses tbh.

Possibly not but I probably use my phone more than the PC these days. This might explain the dramatic drop-off in the standard of my spelling.
