Hmmm FiatECUScan + MacBook?

Hi, I'm a total noob at this, totally unfamiliar with mac. I would like to install FiatECUScan on my mac. How do I get it to work? Please be as clear as possible as this is all new to me!

Doesn't look like it runs under OS X Ian.

Requirements:
- A computer that runs Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 (both 32 and 64 bit Windows versions are supported)
