Squeaking space bar.

Is there anything I can do about this problem?

It works perfectly well, and I can't be bothered to go back to the store for such a minor issue, but it's a bit annoying. Is there any kind of special oil etc that you can use on keyboards??

I cured various squeaks & stiff key operation on a cheapo keyboard by prising th keys off & lubricating them with pteroleum jelly.

Silicone spray can get it in the moving parts and still not make everything slippy.

Cheers folks.....and Gibbo (I think?? )

I'll try to carefully remove the spacebar. I've got some silicone spray here somewhere.

No need to remove. Just use the extension straw and aim under each end.

If this is a laptop I would think twice before spraying it with anything. If it's a desktop keyboard then no worries, as a replacement is cheap anyway
