Unhappy Search for old posts/threads

Everytime I try to do a search on the 916 section all I get is expected searchd protocol version 1+, got version '0'
It used to be so easy to search for old posts and threads, if I'm doing something wrong please can someone explain.

I'm getting the exact same issue so I don't think it's anything that you're doing. Probably worth posting this in the AO bug lounge though

Hi Lee
I tried it last night and it worked, so whatever was wrong must have been fixed. Thanks for getting back to me.

Our search system went down temporarily. This has been restored, however if you do happen to see it again, please let us know and we'll take another gander.

Can I ask with search tool are you using? Where is it located? It could be that one of them isn't working. I've tried it for me on chrome and it's working.

Using Firefox with Legacy Alt skin on a MacBook Pro

Search not working

Edit: Works with the new skin though. Any reason why it can't work with the Legacy Alt skin ?

I've bumped this issue back up with the tech team. Thanks for letting me know that this was happening on only the Legacy Alt skin. I'll see if they can get it resolved on that skin too. Standby for an update.

Cheers,
Sheena
