Pictures won't open!

Hi,
when I look at any thread/topic that includes a jpeg image, I see the image perfectly-but when I click on the image to enlarge etc., I just get a black square box and a timer thingy that goes around and around, but it never opens!
Any suggestions?
Im running windows 7 with al updates installed.
Thanks

That happens to me also, what I do is close the black window & when I click on the image again it works.

If there are multiple pics in the post I just cycle through all of them & the next time it works.

Btw I'm using IE11 & but Chrome seems to works ok.

+1.

If you click on the box while the timer is on it opens the picture full screen.

Try going into compatibility mode when you're in IE. The issue with IE is that it does not like read forum scripts correctly which is why the images are not appearing correctly in IE but appear fine in Chrome. This site is also highly customized which could present more issues for IE.

If you do not know how to go into compatibility mode in IE below there is a link that will show you show to do it.
