We released an update for the app on Monday that should help with the crashing issue on the app. Have you upgraded your app? If you're using the new IOS 7.1 without the updated version of the app you will experience a lot of crashing because the app is not compatible with the new IOS.
If you have not updated the app yet please go into your app setting in the app, clear the cache, then unistall and reinstall the app. It should help you out
I guess I should have asked if you're using the Android or Apple version of the app but I am guessing from the crashing that you're on an IPhone. Ever since the new IOS was released there has been an increase of crashing with the app. This and ad directs is not limited to our app and seems to be an issue on many apps on the Iphone. We're working with the app developers (TapaTalk) to see what we can do to minimize crashing on the app.
