Problems receiving pm's

Any ideas on why some people can't send pm's to me? They tell me that when they try and send a pm to me that it says I'm not allowed to receive pm's. Yet I have had no problems in the past.
Any ideas?
Cheers
Graham

Maybe you ignored them?
Maybe you selected to only receive PMs from members on your contact/friends listing from within your profile?

If you do need to raise a support ticket, then please list a member that cannot send you a PM so we can test this as the PM code is the same for everyone.

Regards,

Ian

Yes. Save changes. Then went back to edit options and the box is ticked again.

Saved again, then logged out. Logged back in and appears to be fixed!
