Are you trying to add a pic from your pc or from a web site ?

Is the picture less than the max size ( pixels & KB ) ?

If you are running windows, you should have Paint, it should be in the Accessories folder in the Program folder in the Start Menu.

When you open the picture using Paint, if you click on the Image tab & then select Attributes i will tell you how big the picture is.

The limit for an Avatar is 100 by 100 pixels ( I'm not sure of the Kb limit for non paying members )

If you need to resize the pic then click on the Image tab & then select Stretch/Skew, then just change the % of Stretch to bring the picture down to the required size

Hope that helps

Hi and welcome.

You can try finding a suitable animated avatar from the internet, making sure it fits within the described limits here.

Or...

Look at this:-

A bit of software for the subscribed members here, but I haven't used it as yet.
