Database back-up shutdown - INFO

Would it be possible to post a warning when the short term/nightly database back-ups are scheduled to occur?

Once again tonight one of the PMs I was composing got eaten by the back-up procedure. AO was up and running. I completed writing my note. I hit "submit" and got rewarded with a screen saying the forum closed due to a database backup. Of course this meant that my PM evaporated into cyberspace.

This has happened to me enough times that I typically Control-Copy my posts before hitting send but of course tonight, I didn't do that, so the ten minutes I spent putting down my thoughts was time well wasted.

It happens the same time every day at 4AM London time, sorry but we need to have daily back ups so it is unavoidable!
