Exiled to Cornwall

Hello folks, just thought I'd pop in and say hello. Work has decided to relocate me to Cornwall for the next three years so there'll be a shiny red Giulietta knocking about the Helston area from bank holiday monday.

Looking forward to it and would appreciate advice on who you would recommend for servicing etc and who to avoid.

Give us a wave!

Alfa GT 3.2

For servicing, Graham Eddy Motori on Long Rock Inddustrial Estate just outside Penzance on 01736 366206. Graham Eddy Motori - Alfa Romeo and Italian Car Specialist, Long Rock, Cornwall

Although with a nice shiny new Giulietta, you'll probably have to use an Alfa dealer rather than a specialist to keep the warranty up. That means you're in the hands on Cornwall's only Alfa dealer, Bradleys at Scorrier, Nr. Redruth.

Only other place in West Cornwall is Vospers & I'm afraid that's a case of "if you've got nothing good to say, then it's probably best not to say anything at all!"

Thanks, noticed there was only one Alfa dealer in Cornwall. Cheers for the info.

Hey - good to get someone else in the area. As to servicing, I can only second the comments of 130 rosso...

AO doesn't seem to be too active down here at the moment (just because the south-west area is massive and most people live nearer Bristol). However, AROC sort out quite a few events - we've got one today at Boconnoc House near Lostwithiel. I try to post up on here if there is anything going on, but am sure I can get you added to the mailing list if you prefer?

How are you liking the Guilietta?

That'd be great, thanks. I'll send you a pm. Loving the giulietta, still can't help but look back at it everytime I park. I just wish I'd known about the move earlier as I bought the JTDm due to high mileage to my previous work location. Would have got the QV otherwise!
