Quick Hello

Joined a good while ago now but never really had much involvement since i initially introduced myself. Bought myself a nice little 147 needed a few things here and there,

so far:

new flexi section
drivers door check strap
passengers air bag cover clips
full service
new tyres
rear wiper

plans for the future:

wiper linkage ASAP!
passenger door check strap
wheel bearing
facelift wiper arms and flat blades
GTA/TI dark headlight conversion

call it a work in progress!

You don't need new arms, just the bosch aerotwin wiper upgrade

I can help you with the headlight conversion if you need any. I've done hundreds of sets.

Mclennans garage are awesome if you need anything done that you can't do yourself

i prefer the look of the OEM flat blades, i know its a lot more expensive but I'm really pernickety about these things lol.

The light conversion is proving to be a real pain in the ass! managed to remove most of the bolts but 4 remaining and they will not budge!! had out to a friends garage but they're solid and are needing drilled out! just another delay, would appreciate a few hints and tips on the conversion itself though! much appreciated

On the bright side i noticed the pads were worse for wear when the wheels were off the car so replaced those, had expected a warning light on the dash at some point but seems the pad wear sensor had been cut!

job done!
